Unique Alphabet or ToxTool?
Compared feature by feature.
Both work out exposure and the margin of safety from a formula and produce the report. The difference is in what ToxTool’s pages describe: a toxicology engine with in-silico NOAEL values and a QR code on each report; Unique Alphabet adds the label, SDS, supplier and sharing steps around the file.

How we put this together
On 31 Oct 2026 we read each vendor’s public pages listed under Sources and saved a dated copy of each. A cell reports what those pages said on that date. It is not a test of the software, and “not found” does not mean the tool lacks the feature. Ask hello@uniquealphabet.com for copies of the pages we read.
Product names and trade marks of other companies belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products compared. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Questions about the two.
Does ToxTool cover the UK?
ToxTool’s pages name the EU (SCCS Notes of Guidance), US MoCRA readiness and California Proposition 65; the UK was not found there. Unique Alphabet checks formulas and labels against the rules of the EU, the UK and Türkiye.
Which one writes the CPSR and the PIF?
Both. ToxTool’s pages say ToxTool Plus generates complete CPSRs and PIFs. Unique Alphabet drafts the CPSR from the formula for your assessor to sign and files each document in its slot in the PIF.
Can I move my files from ToxTool?
The PIF sections in Unique Alphabet accept PDFs, so the reports you already hold can be uploaded as they are; each formula is pasted from a spreadsheet. Formulas and toxicology data are not imported automatically.
Can I use both?
Yes. Some teams keep the toxicology work in one tool and each product’s file, label checks, supplier documents and shared links in another; the PIF sections accept any PDF.
Try it with a formula you already have.
