How to buy. Step by step.

1. Open an account. Enter your company details and accept the Terms of use and the attached Data Processing Agreement for your company. The 14-day trial starts without a card.
2. Choose a plan. In the platform, Your plan. Monthly or yearly; Office yearly only. Prices are shown in euros excluding VAT; for companies in Türkiye the last screen also shows the Turkish lira amount at that day's rate, and payment is taken in lira.
3. Check the summary. The last screen shows the plan, the term, the total including taxes, the renewal date and a summary of the main terms. You can go back and correct the plan, term or billing details.
4. Confirm and pay. Card details are entered on the payment institution's page and never reach us. Until online payment opens, you send a request from the same screen: we email the invoice, you pay by bank transfer, and the plan opens once payment arrives.
5. Confirmation. The plan opens once payment arrives; the payment confirmation, the version of the terms you accepted and the invoice come by email.

Keeping the contract. The version of the Terms of use you accepted is recorded on your account; its text is always available on our website and through the link in the confirmation email. The record is kept for 10 years.

Cancelling. Any time on Your plan in the platform (Cancel subscription); it takes effect at the end of the paid period, and a confirmation comes by email. Details in Terms of use §05.

Complaints and disputes. First support@uniquealphabet.com. For disputes, Terms of use §16.

Language. The contract can be concluded in Turkish or English; if they differ, the Turkish text prevails.
