The brand or its consultant prepares the file, raw material suppliers provide their documents, the contract manufacturer sends the formula and the safety assessor approves the report. Until now all of it ran on email: every document a separate attachment, every gap a separate reminder. Unique Alphabet brings these companies together on the same file; each works from its own screen and sees only the part that concerns it. Maker Portal is the contract manufacturers’ screen.

Every product file,
at a glance.
When a consultant lists you as the manufacturer of a product and you confirm, it joins your list under its brand: who is preparing the file, what stage it has reached and whether anything is waiting on you or your suppliers. You see the stage, never the contents of the file. When something is needed from you, the row shows a button; the consultant handles the rest.

Every formula you send to a consultant is saved. It is recognised by its contents, even when it goes out under another product name or brand. When a new request comes in, the most likely formula is suggested and fills the form in one click. You check it once and send; nothing is typed twice.

Save a new version and Maker Portal shows where the formula is used: in how many products, for how many clients. You pick the products. The new version reaches their consultants as a suggestion, and nothing changes in a file until the consultant approves it.

A product reaches your portal only when both sides confirm, a formula reaches a file only when the consultant approves it, and your formula library is yours alone to see. You see what concerns you, and share only what you choose.

Questions about
Maker Portal.
Does Maker Portal cost anything?
No. It is free for contract manufacturers. The consultant or brand whose file it is pays, through their Unique Alphabet plan.
Why can’t I open an account myself?
Maker Portal opens when a consultant lists you as the manufacturer of a product and you confirm. Until then there is nothing to show. Once you have one product, you can connect to your consultant for the others from inside the portal.
Who sees the formula I send?
The consultant who asked for it. It arrives in their file as a suggestion and is written in only when they approve it. Your My formulas library is visible to you alone.
Can I use the same email for Raw Portal?
Yes. If you also supply raw materials, the same email opens both portals with one sign-in.
What if I’m linked to a product I don’t make?
Say so on the confirmation screen. The consultant is told, and the product never reaches your portal.
