Questions about pricing.

What counts as a new file?

Your plan includes as many new files a year as its active files: Starter 10, Solo 40, Studio 150, Office 400. Monthly plans receive the yearly number month by month, from the first month. Free includes one new file for life, the first 14 days included. A new file is counted when you first save a new product, drafts included; editing, new report versions, Regulatory Watch updates and archiving use none, and archiving doesn’t give one back; restoring a product from the archive uses one each time. A company transferred to you brings its products without using any. Move up a plan and we add 10 new files on top of the new plan’s, once for each plan.

What is an active file?

Any product not in the archive, drafts included. Your plan sets how many you can have at a time. Discontinue one and it moves to the archive, readable while your account is active, and its place is free again. Restoring it makes it active again: it needs a free place and uses one new file.

What happens when I reach the limit?

Your existing files keep working. There are two limits. When your included new files are used up, buy extra files one at a time from inside the account (€15 on Starter, €12 on Solo, €9 on Studio, €7 on Office; for now, for accounts billed in Türkiye), or move up a plan; if a higher plan works out cheaper at your pace, we show it first. On Free, the next step is Starter. When every active place is taken, archive what you no longer sell, or move up a plan. Storage works the same way: when it is full nothing is deleted and every file still opens; only new uploads and new PDFs wait until you free space, add a storage pack or move up a plan.

I have my own assessor. Do I pay for a signature?

No. Record your assessor once in Company Profile; their signature prints in Part B. Without one, the signature is a service in Türkiye, quoted per file.

Can I take my data out?

Yes. From Starter up, every product exports as a ZIP with the whole PIF at any time. When a paid plan ends you have 60 days, and when you close the account 90 days, to export the whole account, free of charge.

How does it compare with other CPSR tools?

Does the Free plan expire?

No. Free has no time limit, and its one new file is for life; it doesn’t renew. One Free account per company, tied to its VAT or tax number; an account that moves to Free keeps its count, so if it has already opened a file, Free adds none. Two exceptions: if an account moving to Free is above 1 GB, it stays read-only for 60 days and is then deleted unless you get under 1 GB or choose a paid plan; and if nobody signs in to a Free account for 90 days, we email a warning, then a final warning, and close the account three weeks after the first one.

What happens to my files if I close the account?

You can export everything, free. We keep the account for 90 days in case you change your mind, then delete it.
