Reports in German, French and Spanish

Last-batch date and retention countdown
Enter the date the last batch went on the market, and the file shows how much longer the law says you must keep it.

Document expiry dates
Add an expiry date to supplier documents and get a reminder before it passes.

File transfer
When the Responsible Person changes, move a product’s whole file to another company account. The record of who held it is kept.

Variants
Where the law allows, variants of one product share one file and one report, and count as one product.

Inspector view
A link made for a competent authority: the whole file, including the MoS and toxicology values that a normal share link hides.

Formula versions
See two versions of a formula side by side, each with the report it produced.

GMP record
One record per manufacturing site with its GMP certificate and expiry date, shown in the Command Center.

Draft review
Before the assessor opens it, the CPSR draft gets a second read: gaps, inconsistencies and missing sources are flagged, each with the section it concerns. The assessment stays with the assessor.
