Ek II gets a changed entry 1024 and new prohibited entries after 1694; in Ek III, ten entries are repealed, 17 are amended and new restricted entries follow 326. For products made in Türkiye, the manufacturer may now appoint a person established in Türkiye as Responsible Person by written agreement. TİTCK publishes guidance on applying the regulation.
