Kozmetik Ürünler Yönetmeliği
The regulation replaces the 2005 regulation and aligns Türkiye’s cosmetics rules with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009: a Responsible Person, a safety assessment, a product information file, and Annexes I to IX. It entered into force six months after publication, and products placed under the old regulation could stay on the market for two more years. It is the base text every later Türkiye entry in this log amends.
