Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/1545 (fragrance allergen labelling)

The list of fragrance allergens that must be named on the label grows from 24 to 80, 56 of them new, with grouped entries for substances that share a hazard. Any product containing one above 0.001% in leave-on or 0.01% in rinse-off must name it in the ingredient list. Labels, artwork and INCI lists for products first placed on the market from 31 July 2026 have to carry the new names.
